Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Whatever you do, do it slowly. too much too fast and you will end up having saggy skin that has to be surgically removed. I suggest you go and see your Doctor because the medicines they prescribe are the strongest and they check how you are going and change things if need be, especially if you are taking medication for blood pressure etc. Think thin, I know it sounds weird but envision yourself realistically the size you want to be and tell yourself that is where your going to be in six months to a year. if you keep doing that you will get there. When i got married all i wanted was to fit into my dress that i had bought without having to get it altered that's what i did but you have to believe and NOT starve yourself. try drinking more water eating smaller more frequent meals say between 4 and6 per day. if you think your hungry you may actually be thirsty. What about taking some small fitness equipment into work to use on your breaks i think there are armchair exercises that you can do but i don't know where they are listed i hope this helps some and I'm sure you'll look great at your wedding and most of all you are going to feel better for doing this for you

dont worry, only 40 kgs you want to shed and burn out, so simple, drink plenty of water everyday and continuously walk running for a shortwhile. climb up and down any highstoried building say about 15 floors. drink 2 cups of lemon juice and eat plenty of green leafy vegetables, avoid all masala and junky food, eat less amount of oily/ghee food. all this is possible, only if you can take some days off from your work. anyway you are getting married, so you will have to work hard to reduce your weight, to gain something, you will have to lose something, that can be even your job. if you are not healthy, there is no sense, your obesity has to be tackled right away. good luck and follow diet and excercise strictly for atleast 2 months. do lot of skipping and bending excercises, surely you will find fruitful result, your weight will vanish. you are not having any disease, only restrain your mind, control yourself and handle the situation, you will win. always keep a cheerful outlook and dont worry for anything, go ahead, good luck.

1. Your not overweight if you're 125 at age 12. It just depends on your height. 2. TRUST ME! You are NOT going to lose 25 Ibs buy playing soccer. You will get fit and healthy, but you will gain muscle in your thighs and legs, making you gain weight, ( GOOD weight though, because it's muscle ). 3. You don't NEED need to lose 25 lbs 4. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT take medicine/pills to lose weight. BAD idea. I know on the comercials it looks like you can lose all the weight you want just buy popping a pill once a day. In reality, normally, those things don't work. They can also do major damage to your organs. Believe me. I'm an expert!

I've been on the same issue before and the action I did worked for me and I am hoping it will work for you too. I really don't recomment taking in any slimming pills or weight loss tablets because I just have this fear of having more "complexities". What I did to reduce and get rid of the excess weight was eat a lot during breakfast - by a lot I mean making sure you are full when you leave the house for work. But please make sure you stay away from too much carbohydrates and fatty foods. Your body needs carbohydrates and fats too - so you can actually take in some but limit their quantities. Then for lunch, I would usually go for salads (green salad and a loaf of bread). then for dinner I just eat oats. Yes, oats. I know it sounds yucky for one who's not used to them but oats has a good amount of fiber your body needs. So I don;t throw up when eating oats, Ive tried using flavored oats but made sure it has the same low calorie content. That made sure I was not eating too much when my body is at rest (when sleeping at night). Fiber is good for the digestive system. It worked for me and it made me lose weight in a month.
I hope this works for you. :)
Goodluck Gurl.

At morning Eat corn flakes at twice a day, either days, Fruit salads, vegetable salads, Avoid yoghurts (Curds) on meals, If you want to eat somemore while at eating stop eating., At morning after brushing your teeth go to gym or do exercise especially cycling, pushups and running not jogging. After the meals dont drink coffees, teas, or any other health drinks, Must avoid cool drinks especially for you. Cool drinks make more Co2 in our body., so obesity will comes to our body.
At evening some plays., like some sports will give energy to do works., At night have liquid items of foods., That will give freshness to your body., After 3-5 months you will be looks cool., For your whole body and mental freshness this diet and fitness will help you. This is my personal experience

try eating less Carbs, and eat your food in small portions regularly rather than large servings "3 times a day" ,
don't do hectic exercises as this might strain your body a lot_ start small and work your way up, i would advise that u take a 4KM walk daily in the morning b4 work and drink plenty of water_ dnt starve urself it dsnt help, use olive instead of sunflower oil, eat rye or seed bread, try to avoid fat induced foods and i know u come back late from work but try to cook your own food rather than eating takeouts(but don't over steam or boil your food as they lose their nutritional value) , also try and get enough sleep. nutritional bars & healthy shakes work well as meal replacements during the day @ the office..... good luck
