The best drink is good old plain clear water

But our flavour buds ask us for more variety...

I like a drink called a KIR..
which is made of sparkling wine, Cava or champagne
with a dollop of black currant liqueur mixed into it, (a black currant syrup can be used for less alcohol content)

Really great taste!

Captain and Coke.....or Jack and Coke....... But water is my favorite. My Dr says I drink too much water!

freshly juiced fruits. it's best juiced, not blended, unless you are using mangoes from the Philippines which are absolutely the most divine blended fruit shake one can ever have! depending on the fruit, it's also nice to blend in low fat yogurt.
