This year Budweiser won the right in court to use that name here in Germany for the World Cup Soccer. They beat out a little Czech brewery that originally had that name. They gave out free samples and the Germans were amazed anyone would consider Bud a beer.
Germany doesn't make a bad beer and there's over 400 different kinds. America get a locally-brewed recipe when they drink St. Pauli Pauli Girl or Lowebrau.
Heineken is the number one export and my favorite.
