You will find them in the spice aisle of your supermarket. they should be in alphabetical order. when you look at the prices of the other spices, for the amount you are getting in the bottle, I guess you can say they are expensive.

They're easy to grow in this country if you have a garden, you get a large leafy plant like fennel seed. The bought seeds never seem to germinate.
You can get caraway seeds from Kings.

Cumin seeds taste just about the same. Should be able to find them in your local supermarket ! good luck.

caraway seeds aren't expensive, you can get them at most markets.

Otherwise there are more health food shops around than H&B, just keep looking in your local area.
