someone told me that Lecithin breaks down the fat stored in your body and helps with weight loss.Does anyone know if this is true ??

lecithin is used during chocolate manufacture to change the viscosity of the product when in liquid form. It helps it to flow easier and can also help stop machinery from tripping out by adding it to the product. it is an emulsifier
