being pretty much small build, even after pumping up my arms and chest, i still feel my build being pretty small(as in shoulder width not broad enough). any ideas as to what i exercises etc. can i do to increase my build?

Potatoes. Enjoy potatoes. Eat dozens and dozens of potatoes. I'm 6'2 with a 46 inch chest. I can bench press a bus. I owe it all to potatoes. Lots and lots of potatoes. I grow my own, but they're available in many of the finer shops. Potatoes saved me from a life of having sand kicked in my face. Chicks dig me because I eat a lot of potatoes and I am famous for my potato recipes. Potatoes.

Your frame is the relative size of your bones to your height. You can't change that. You can add mass/bulk by working out specific body parts. If you're already going to a gym, talk to the trainers there about how to sculpt your body. You might want to ease off on your legs and trim any weight from your waist so that your shoulders look wider. Having bigger lats will help increase your upper body size also.
My ex was a competition body builder and he taught me a lot.

For shoulder width, use heavy weights. Try this.
"Upright rows", (for 9-12 reps) rest 30 seconds, and then do "Seated Presses" (9-12 reps) rest 2 minutes.
That will be one set.
Then repeat this, up to your training level, (start with 2 sets, move up to 8-12 sets)
Do it for 4 weeks
Then drop the reps to 6-9 reps for the next 4 weeks.
Then repeat.

as soon as you get up in the morning drink 2 glasses of water and go out for jogging. You may also try to join a gym and there the coach will train you with good body build muscle excercises. after coming back from gym, drink full glass of plain milk added with badam or kesar pista. after bath have nice breakfast like idlis, dosas, upma, or any delicious item filling your stomach. i do not know your age or the nature of job you do. anyway after some work, have nice lunch containing green leafy vegetable salads, curries, rice, chappatis with dal. consume atleast 2 cups of fruit juice everyday. eat bananas, mosambis and citrus fruits without fail. before you go to sleep, take another full glass of milk with one spoon of honey. above all this, keep yourself cool and be happy always, definitely, you will grow, grow and grow.
