It is OK honey,
bleeding is a sign of pure wound, but you have to use something to purify the wound so , you are not going to be infected.
is the wound pen deep and long so, you need to stitch it?
use knee protector again and all body protection before doing your sport so, you don't have to ask us again with the same question.
Good luck!!!!

It is possible you have impetago. My son had the same problem when he came down a ramp on his knee, we have found "Bactorban" which is an Australian brand name to be the best. If you are not in Australia the active ingredient is Mupirocin Calcium(2%). Ask your chemist for something containing this and hopefully it will clear up.

If you fell on concrete then you are having a reaction from the concrete. It will take longer to heal because of the stuff they use in making the concrete, Your body is trying to flush the stuff out, that is why puss is still coming out.

Unless you want to loose the leg you best get it cleaned out at home or the doctor, your choice. You need to open it up and pour peroxide in it to flush out what ever is in there then keep it clean!

just relax and wait for some time...
you need to take little rest... i know that you wouldn't like to take rest...
get it bandaged as it lets you move around easily without letting a dust or bacteria get on your wound...
