You can try here, but you need the exact version of windows or mother board to select the correct one.

http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scripts-df-external/Product_Search.aspx?Prod_nm=810&page_nbr=1&lang=eng

You can also try searching on www.microsoft.com for downloads.

AC'97 Audio Drivers and Software
Due to the variety of different AC'97 codecs that are available, Intel does not offer AC'97 reference audio drivers for public download. Please refer to the system or motherboard manufacturer for any driver downloads or updates. If you have an Intel motherboard, please refer to the motherboard support site to determine which audio component is used on your motherboard.

Note: Some Intel motherboards have the option to use a Creative Labs* SoundBlaster* audio component instead of the AC'97 codec. Again, you will need to refer to the motherboard support site to determine which component you have.

dont worry my friend.
But just keep a thing in mind even before you use googel or yahoo for driver search always search the manufacturer`s web site.
They always have drivers for their products on internet.IF they are not much old ones.
In worst case scenario you can go to www.driverguide.com they have a huge collection..

Or in case you ant more sites like this one...try searching "driver" or "drivers" on yahoo or google..u`ll get list of such sites...bye and dont worry...
