Bible has been edited so many times but Koran has not. And Koran says there are a hell and a heaven. Because if there was not such thing life would be totally meanless. At that time being good or being bad would make no difference. If you try to do good things and not to do an evil thing that is because you believe that someday you will be given a prize (heaven) or punishment (hell).
In fact hell means being away from God and heaven means being close to God. In this world you may rarely feel the need to pray (to be close to God). But when you die you will see facts that you cannot see here. At that time being away from God will be the most painful punishment for you. Becaus you will understand the invisible world. In fact it is not invisible the only reason that you may deny it is that you cannot see it. (You cannot see your intelligence as a material so can you claim that you do not have intelligence?)
Final word: if you really believe in God you should believe in the existence of the hell and heaven. Because you would not say that God is a liar would you? (God bless me)
Q: will you lose any thing if you accept the existence of God and the other world? So accept them before it is too late.

What valid reason do we have to believe in a heaven and hell? Presumably the concept of a soul is essential to the existence of heaven and hell, otherwise there would be no point in those places existing. So, what is a soul?
If it's postulated that consciousness, or awareness, or sense of self resides in the soul, it's difficult to see how this can be reconciled with the complete oblivion which accompanies general anaesthesia. How could a straightforward chemical, injected into the bloodstream, anaesthetise a soul so that it effectively ceases to exist during this time? If consciousness, in the form of a soul, were some kind of supernatural faculty, it would seem implausible that it could be completely disabled by a chemical.
How about some of the other things which we regard as essential parts of what makes a person what they are? How about love, compassion, reason, empathy, memory, conscious thought, character, 'spirituality' and so on? Well, there is really no plausible doubt that all these things are properties of the physical brain - We can alter all of these properties very simply with alcohol or other drugs, and observe how they change in people who have suffered significant brain damage. Previously placid people become uncontrollably violent, intelligent people become imbeciles, and so on. Stimulate the brain artificially, and the subject reports corresponding mental activity, e.g. 'religious experiences'. We can see from brain research that all these things - thought, emotion, sensation, character traits and so on - are correlated with activity in the brain, and some things can be identified with specific areas of the brain.
So, if all these faculties and characteristics of what we regard as the 'person' reside in the physical brain, as seems to be undeniably the case, and they all cease when the person dies, then what is left to be attributed to a 'soul'? As far as I can ascertain: Nothing. If there is no part of us that can continue after death, then there is no 'afterlife'... and if there is no afterlife, then most of religion is null and void.

who really knows if there is? the followers of the Bible claim there is, but no one's actually died, gone to Heaven/Hell, come back to life, and told people about what it was like. And Jesus lived so long ago and the Bible's been edited so many times by people trying to keep power in the church, that who knows what he might have really written/said/done, yanno? I personally don't believe there's a separate hell. I mean come on, what could be worse than being separated from evernew joy? I think Earth's hell, and we just keep coming back until we finally get it. Then we're free to enjoy eternal bliss. That's just what I think though :)

Hell is separation from God. Heaven is fellowship with God.
...as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be at the
coming of the Son of Man. For in the days before the
flood, people were feasting and drinking, marrying and
giving in marriage, up to the day that Noah entered
the ark; and they knew nothing about what would happen
until the flood came and took them all away. This is
how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. Two
men will be in the field; one will be taken and the
other left. Two women will be grinding with a hand
mill; one will be taken and the other left....
Matthew 24:35-41
The Door to living in God's Presence, in fellowship
with Him, was CLOSED when the first Adam was kicked
out...(which ruined it for everyone) before this he
was perfect and knew God deeply and intimately. A
second perfect Adam (Jesus Christ) REOPENED the Door so that we could be restored to the original
Relationship. So man chooses which Adam he wants to be joined to. Not choosing just leaves you in the first
one...outside the open door.
All are welcomed to come back to God through Christ
if they want to. The only thing is, the AGE OF GRACE
is ready to come to a close...which means the Door
will be closing as well. So, people, don't wait too
long. Jesus is the only DOOR to God. If you don't
enter, it's your own choice...God doesn't choose it
for you.
Christ is the door to the spiritual "Ark"...when the
floods of judgment come again....WHERE WILL YOU BE?
...as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be at the
coming of the Son of Man This is how it will be at
the coming of the Son of Man. Two men will be in the
field; one will be taken and the other left. Two
women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be
taken and the other left....
I know not all can understand this, but at least you
won't be able to say, "But Lord...I DIDN'T KNOW!
Nobody ever told me!"
Time is SHORT! Get READY!

Because there is language, and we need words to describe pictures of feelings we have, heaven and hell are both words which conjure up strong, emotion filled pictures in most people, even atheists use them. ( "that chocoalte was pure heaven" , "if he is there when I get back, there will be hell to pay")

its two opposite things like everything in existance!
Hot and Cold we wouldn't know one if the other didn't exist.
Beautiful and Ugly we wouldn't call someone or something Beautiful if everyone or everything else was beautiful?
and so on...
So how would we appreciate Heaven if Hell didn't exist???
I hope you can get the idea
