have the hair of the dog(another drink) if that's a no then you should drink water, any energy drink(for sugar) me personally don't often get hangovers(can't remember the last time i did sorry) but the day after i usually drink loads of lucozade sport(the still one) it will help

Firstly, don't make any sudden movements and make sure the sound is off on your computer!

Drink a lot of water - it is dehydration and your kidneys trying to get rid of the alcohol! And I mean LOTS - but slowly, else you will end up ill!

If you can, walk to a chemist, get some Dioralyte (it is also used if you have a bad stomach upset) to replace some of the salts you will have lost - or you could drink mineral water. The walk may also do you some good!

Believe it or not, flat coke or lemonade work well too (not fizzy, you stomach may not like the after-effects). I never drink too much (!) so obviously have never tried these(!) but have heard that they work well!

Don't drive though - you will be over the limit!

Oh, and don't do it again - or make sure you have some mineral water such as Badoit (it is excellent!) in the cupboard for next time!

Water sipped slowly so that you don't throw it up straight away.
If you're not throwing up, then you need painkillers. Try taking them with some Coke or other sweet fizzy drink. Then just stay still in a quiet room.
The shakes will come next!!
Eat something as soon as you can manage. Repeat the painkillers in 4 - 6 hours and keep yourself hydrated.
If your peeing ok you're not in too bad shape, but if you haven't been or it's just small amounts, then your kidneys need TLC. No more booze for a while. You'll damage yourself if you get into such a state on a regular basis.

Paracetamol certainly helps. Water is essential as you're dehydrated. You also need to replace lost minerals, notably salt. Ready-salted or salt-and-vinegar crisps are great for this. You really need to sit on the toilet for a while and get rid of as many toxins as you can. Then have as hot a shower as you can bear. It will make you sweat - even if you don't realise it because of the water. Wash your hair and give yourself a good scalp massage. Then try to sleep again.

Stay in a darkened room, keep sound to a minimum, drink plenty of water (milk can also be good as the fatty layer inside the milk loosens the alcholic lining in your stomach), take some tablets to help with your nausia/headaches.

And get off the computer!

Next time you go on a binge with drinking, eat solid food in between, drink water in between. That way, you won't wake up all dehydrated and gah the next day.

Works for me, in any case.

As for _now_, I'd suggest getting off the PC, like Game Guy said. Drink lots of fluids, eat something that won't make you throw up, and get merry, because you certainly aren't now. XD

A shot of pure oxygen will clear that right up.
But I don't think you would have that at home.
So what you need to do is start Drinking a lot of water !!!
and some good deep breathing.

Go and lie down with the curtains closed, I'll cook you a fry-up. It might not sound very appealing, but it'll work wonders! And drink a pint of water while I'm making it for ya.

If it is still bad, Drink one more.

(You can use any booze - trust me it works.)

DO NOT DRINK MORE THAN 3.
DO NOT DO THIS OFTEN.



It works but it is bad for alcoholism. And make sure you drink water and eat some bread an peanutbutter. Don't dehydrate.

Take 2 Aleve and drink a gallon of water, slow;y. Eat some gresay eggs and grits as well
