your high school grades have no bearing whatsoever. It's how you score on the ASVAB that determines both your eligibility to join and what ratings you qualify for.
That being said.. the Navy does have slightly higher standards and you do need to score higher on the ASVAB in order to enlist. You can no longer enlist Undesignated, which means you MUST choose a rating. The Navy is highly technical and needs sailors with a good grasp of math and computer science. The ratings that aren't as technical(Admin ratings for instance) are less in need so there isn't as much opportunity to get one.

If you want to get in just graduate. It depends on what you want to do in the Navy. Do you just want to go in as enlisted or do you want to become a commissioned officer. If you want a commission you'll need a degree. Try working on that first, it will buy you a little time to really think about the Navy and wether or not it's for you.

It depends upon what you want to do in the navy. You do have to graduate, but there is also a military test that you have to take and sometimes you have to get a certain score. Go to your local navy recruiting office and a recruiter will help you with it all.

you don't have to have great grades, but you do have to take a special test to get enlisted in any branch of the armed services. However, your enlistment requirements are based on points... your test score gives you so many points, your physical fitness test gives you so many points... etc etc... Go talk to your recruiter. Chances are, if you REALLY want to join the Navy, they'll help you out any way they can. :-) Good luck!

Do not be a squid/seaman!!!
Seriously talking, really research the situation. I am not telling you not to join, after all I joined myself (ARMY). Take your time to assess all the options, after all you have four services to choose from. If you decide to join you will be serving your country, so I congratulate you for that courage. However, you will have ugly times ahead of you. I suggest that you at least choose the option that will make you happier during those times and bring you the best benefits and satisfaction.

Don't worry about the grades...just make sure you score well on the ASVAB test. That will help determine if you end up doing something interesting or working as an oiler... ;-)
