Dont become dependent on pills to go to sleep. Your going to have to change your schedule. For a few days when you cant get to sleep until 4 or 5 sleep maybe 2 hrs then get up again and stay up all day and you will have a better chance of getting to bed at the time you want.

1) Try to take a cold bath before sleep, but don't wash your hair at night. You may get flu if you do. Do take a bath, unless it's winter or cold weather.
2)Exercise. Do some light exercise. Drink water, but not too much..............................
3)Don't online ,watch any exciting movie or play computer games before sleep. It will avoid the risk of the ending of the story of some movie running on the mill of your mind.
4) If you're theist, try prayer.
5) Don't drink heavy or caffeined-drink.

Try exercising a few hrs. before you want to go to bed. If you are an adult you can take melatonin or Valerian to help you sleep. GABA also works. These are all available over-the-counter but are not recommended for minors.

Listen to relaxing music.
Read a book.
And don't watch any tv or go on the computer for a least an hour before you go to bed.

I think U might think and worry about many issues in the night time, so you should avoid thinking and worry about issues. Which could help U to retain your sleep.

Try reading a book. I love history but one of todays p.c. history books gets me sawing logs pretty fast.
Drink a glass of milk before bed, that works.
