There are terrorists all over the world. They do not just come from Arab countries. If you look back threw history, you will see terrorists from nearly every single country in the world. A terrorist is a person who poses a threat, so really anyone can be a terrorist.

One could certainly come to that conclusion on the basis of the evidence. But is is pretty clear that the vast majority of the Arab population does not support terrorism, with the possible exception of suicide bombings in Israel. (I lived in Saudi Arabia for five years and found most Arabs to be quite delightful.)
