i am of mixed heritage...i prefer to wear my hair curly (cause it gives me more sass),,but most of my guy friends or boyfriend says "you got good hair,why dont you blow dry it straight:
its sort of an insult as if they cant accept me for who i am
whats up with most black men obseesing about hair...im sick of it,,,,i just wanna be me and appreciated for me.

Tell them do you want me for me or for my hair? Well if you really want to know get your hair done differently and see what happens. Its not an insult, mainly the black men see add on hair so much they want to see a women with their natural hair.
