You can have all three at once, although some of the symptoms may overlap causing diagnosis to be difficult. The only real way to tell is to see a good doctor and have them set you straight. There are plenty of great medications that can help you set them all straight; it's just about finding the right combination.
There isn't anything wrong with you that you should feel bad or ashamed about. Plenty of people live perfectly normal, full and happy lives with just a little help. It you don't have to suffer you shouldn't because I'm sure you're a great person. Good Luck, I hope you feel better

Yes but you need a skilled doctor to figure it all out. A manic or mixed phase, or even a depressive phase, of Bipolar Disorder can have similar symptoms of ADHD. Since the three disorders have different treatments it's imperative that a correct diagnosis is made to avoid undue suffering.

Yes you can. It's not very common I guess, but it's possible. I myself have three mental disorders too, although not the same combination.

I don't see any reason why not. They certainly have some traits in common.
