I am not an English native speaker. I was told that this word sounds odd in resumes. I would like to know opinions from English native speakers. Thank you!

I have seen hundreds of resumes. And never seen that phase used.
But I like the term. It would make me what to know more about the person that wrote it.

Sounds very odd.
'works well under pressure' is a common phrase
able to cope with hectic situtions
able to multi-task

I would suggest that the term "adaptable to any situation" be used

It's odd.
I get it, but it doesn't sound native-like.
