She knows I like her but this topic was closed long time ago.We were hanging around as friends.That was no problem for me and I had gotten over it.But then she asked me to spend the valentine's day together.I accepted but 1 day later she called me and told that she had an another plan with another man and she had promised him before me and forgot, so we cancelled our schedule.

I think it is a lie! How can you forget about a valentines day date? I think she was using that as an excuse so she could go with someone else. sorry about that
