Herbal Life is a pyramid selling product that is why their adverts are barred from local and national newspapers. The product itself works but not any better than a cheap diet . The pills are a mixture of cacao and baking soda which is a stimulant, the effects are similar to speed and can be addictive. Herbal life's agents are all trained in how to sell by Herbal life the first question that they should ask is "How much weight do you want to lose. Don't wast you're money it is very overpriced .

Its called Ginseng.
There are basically 2 types:
Korean Ginseng
and
Siberian Ginseng.
Its a herb in the form of a root,
Its considered to enhance your stamina in all respects.Its Aphrodisiac qualities are not well substantiated though.
but it is a recognized ADAPTOGEN. that is- it helps in NORMALIZING your body...if you have high Blood Pressure/Heart rate- it will bring it down if low- it will raise it...
The SIBERIAN GINSENG is the better of the two...
Its a good dietary supplement.

No, but I take Jinseng. It is good to take to keep from getting colds. It is sold with the regular vitamins. I have not heard of the other. Have you looked in the vitamins? If you find it, the Pharmacist can tell you what it is good for.
