The best religion for any human being is for that human being to follow the dictates of his soul. He will find the religion that is best-suited to him. I don't believe that one religion fits all.

Honestly I would say no religion at all. I mean either your going to be good or your going to be bad whether or not you have a religion or not. I have seen many of people claiming to be a certain religion and they go to church on Sunday and holidays. However, once they get home they are some of the worst acting people I have seen. Yet I have seen people of no religion in particular who have lived life with values and helped anyone that they could. The were truly good people. Just because one says they are a religion doesn't mean the live it. Just because someone doesn't have a religion doesn't make them evil. No religion is best. I have a religion so I didn't vote for my own.

I don't think its possible for anybody to not promote there own religion (or lack there of). For me though, obviously as a christian I would like to see more christians. But I also think that ppl should be the religion that makes them feel most comfortable, and gives them faith, hope, peace, and helps them to strive to be a better person. That to me, is the real meaning, and point of religion.
And btw, I agree, at least in this instance that quotes from other ppl, are not really waranted in this question. I hate when ppl are asked for there opinon, then quote others. I guess if it has a point, or is related to your opinon its ok, but otherwise its just annoying. I would rather have a personal opinon that is in somebodys own words, even if I don't agree with, or there opinion is written eliquatnly.

The Baha'i Faith, totally. It addresses modern-day issues, even in our scripture. After the advent of the Baha'i Era, the world has seen phenomenal developments in human rights issues, women's rights issues, education, and invention.
If you looked at a line graph that shows these developments from the onset of history until now, the line would be almost parallel until the year 1844, when the Baha'i Era began. After that, it would be almost vertical.
(William Sears - Thief In The Night: The Case of the Missing Millennium)
There is too much for me to address here, the best source to check out would be the official website of the Baha'i Faith.

not a religion. People today need to focus on their own spirituality, no matter who they are and what they believe. Organized religion was originally made in the old Catholic days(no offense catholics) to control the people. To scare them with hell and damnation. To give the church leaders the rights to kill the people who did not believe like they did. It is all over history. A big example of that is Joan of Arc. She was a spiritual person who believed in God, but would not submit to the ways of the catholic church, so they killed her despite all that she did for her country. Organized religion should have been made to only give guidance and to let people congregate to talk among themselves about spirituality. But this is not what happened, and the powers of the churches were abused. That comes naturally in humans, abuse of power, not matter what type.
The best thing is your own spirituality.

If there exists atheists, then there is no such thing as the best religion since religions are not universal amongst humans. It is like a poll you can not count on, because not everybody fills in a ballot. (and I am not athiest, I actually follow naturalism)

All religions are basically the same. God, Allah, Jehovah, The Creator. Just different names for the same thing.
I think the best religion is one that doesn't teach hatred toward other religions or groups of people. Unfortunately, I don't know of one.

Christianity. Becuase it is the only religion where God seeks a relationship with man. All other religions have men seeking after God.
