he just wants attention... trust me! I have 4 younger brothers even though i never did anything wrong to deserve them! lol
ignore your brother when he smears peanut butter on your jeans, and tell him calmly, "I wish you wouldn't do that." to show him that you will pay attention when he does POSITIVE things, play ball with him or buy him a new toy. (cars are cheap) It's all about the positive and negative. push for good, and avoid bad. Hope this helps... it's something you have to suffer through and I hope you survive!

Your mum and dad could desire to deal with this. If the neighbours are in a council domicile they are able to be pronounced. in the event that they are like this with you, they are in all possibility like it with human beings too. If adequate human beings whinge they are able to be kicked out. If its no longer a council domicile you may desire to enable the police cope with it, thats component to their activity. individually i could call the police whilst the everyone seems to be genuinely there and say everyone seems to be trespassing on your sources and being threatening, and that they'll could desire to a minimum of come approximately, and then there'd be an real checklist (police checklist) in case your mum and dad could desire to take any extra beneficial action. additionally it could desire to be worth finding at your community councils internet site for their section on reporting delinquent behaviour. You dont point out in case your mum and dad have tried speaking to them, or if it occurs whilst they are there.

Too bad you didn't mention what all he does to you...Anyway...brother is brother...you can embrace him and love him...hehehehe...

I think you can talk to him, tell him why you dont like what he does, and why you dont want him to do that. You can also give him chance to say why he did it, after you know why...you can give him a win win solution...

play w/him but tell him where he crosses the line. Also instead of getting angry or annoyed w/him use your words and tell him why so he can have more empathy towards you.
