car question?

how do I make my toyota celica sound like those fast cars in the fast and the furious. i know this is a stupid question but im pretty new to cars so somebody please help me out

do NOT put a drill hole in your muffler unless you don't want to pass inspection next time. (some people...) talk to a car shop, one that is reputable, see what they say about it. go to a car show, find some guys who have done the same type of thing and ask them where they went and what they did to make it sound that way.
** note: be sure to check local ordinances to see if you would be breaking any street codes or laws, some souped up cars end up with lots of fines.

For real car enthusiasts a hollow muffler just wont do it 50.00 at your local Kragen Auto parts. Actually to get the sound you actually have to do some major alterations to your vehicle..Turbo or nitrous oxide a good 10,000.00 investment... Oh yea a major rebuild or a brand new car to start...!!!

Purchas and install a FlowMaster muffler. Or take the cheaper route with a glass pack.

if you add that kind of stuff to your car it will start breaking down, your engine was not made to handle all the power............ but add a twin turbo, blow off valve, nos system, and an exhaust system. (p.s. i hope you have a lot of money it will cost a lot) you could have just gotten a subaru WRX STI save the money

the easiest way is to put a drill hole into ur muffler :)

take the catalic converter off and shorten tail pipe
