WHEN I TRIED DOWNLOADING THE BAND 'AFI', HER VOICE APPEARED ON THE CD AND THE SONGS DIDN'T ALWAYS APPEAR..SHE IS A NUISANCE WHAT CAN I DO, I HAVE ALREADY SEEN A PSYCHIC AND POURED THE GLASS OF WATER AFTER THE DOOR... This sounds like a version of a poltergiest manifestation rather than a straight haunting. I think this because of the comment about same profile & name. This ghost could be a false projection of your own emotions and has taken on an unlife & history of its own. Psychics are easily misled by these forms of `spirits` and your friend no matter how qualified in the subject may be calling it wrong. You need to speak to someone unconnected with yourself really (ie a psychic who does not know you)
However what you say is strange... "God is merciful towards her..."??? How do you know ? Noone one Earth could know that. It seems a bit `Ghost`ish to me. Not sure about the glass of water thing either - I guess its a version of an old Celtic myth about spirits.
Try these methods:
1. Address her directly and tell her to go away because she is causing you distress.
2. Tell her she is indeed dead and needs to move on
3. Go see a priest and request an Exorcism
If it is a poltergiest then it will only be number 3 (if any) that will work.

There's a couple of things you could do. Choose the God(s) you're most comfortable with and ask them for help while doing one of the following:
1) Smudge! Smudge every corner of your home! Light sweet grass or if you have, a stick of cinnamon. If you don't have those, pick up some cheapie incense at the dollar store and burn it. Tell the spirit it's not allowed to stay. If it'll help, make a symbol of your god (most folks I know would use the cross (Christians) or pentacle (pagans)) on each wall. Imagine the symbol glowing.
2) Leave a small glass of honey and milk by the door. It's a traditional method of placating spirits. Some would leave it a small gift, like a small stone. Tell the spirit it will get the gifts if it leaves. Some people would imagine the spirit getting trapped in the stone. Some would use a small mirror that can be thrown away. When you're done smudging, take the milk, gift and/or mirror and go someplace faaar away from your home. Pour the milk in the dirt and bury the mirror/gift. Tell the spirit that it's not allowed in your home any more. The gifts are now theirs.
3) Some would set up a special guardian in their home. Some call on a totem animal or angel. Some will call on their god to send sentries to protect the home. You may have to smudge your home every so often. You'll also have to re-ask the totems to visit. Don't do anything you're not 100% sure on and follow your instincts!
If nothing works for you, I'd ask a priest to help. Sometimes even asking a local Wiccan group can pack the same kind of punch that will drie the creature away :-) .

You mentioned that your friend died suddenly. Perhaps she is not aware that she has died, and is distraught that nobody recognizes or interacts with her any longer. Maybe one solution would be to talk to her the next time you hear her voice. Let her know why nobody has been talking to her. Let her know that everyone loves her and misses her. She may be confused about what to do next. Gently guide her. You may be also able to call her into your dreams and have this conversation if you don't hear from her in a while.
If she is aware that she is dead, maybe she is sticking around because she is concerned for someone around her. Could that person in trouble be a friend, relative, or possibly you? In this case, you may want to speak to her after hearing her voice or in your dreams to find out what is going on and what to do about the trouble.
Please remember that your friend, although dead, is still your friend. That friendship doesn't end as the body ceases to function. Her soul is reaching out to you. Please don't push her away. Remember that caring and love still remain as the flesh dies. Your friend will eventually go on to the next phase, and she will wait for you. Until then, love all around you and all those who used to be around you. Those passed will come back to you.

Maybe there's something she's trying to tell you, or anyone, and you're not making an effort to find out what she wants. As far as the CD is concerned, make a deal with her, tell her you will make a cd of her music and play it sometimes if she lets you make your own CD's without interference. Let her know you are living in this house now and she doesn't have to go "to the light" if she doesn't want to, but she needs to respect your living space. Sometimes I think it's easier to get along with troublesome (not truly evil) spirits than it is to get rid of them.

Does she only bother you in your home? Or does she follow you where ever you go?
How long ago did she first appear? For example, when you first moved in? After a particular event?
We had a ghost who haunted our house. One thing that may be helpful is to research who she is through your community databases, such as death records or obituaries at the library. If you can find out how she died and who she is, it might help you find out why she is bothering you. Our ghost bothered several homes in our area; we suffered with his occassional appearances until we moved. I never researched who he was, but I would have liked to... I still would like to.
More than likely, if she is a ghost who only haunts you at your home, your best solution is to move. Sorry... it sucks to be you right now. :(

the most important thing to remember is don't be scared. we are spirits with souls encased in bodies - and sometimes when people pass they don't realize or want to accept that -- or most often they have some unfinished realization to come to before they feel comfortable going to the Light.
if you see them - tell them they have transitioned (don't say you're dead, because there is no death as you see by them), and guide them to Light. if it gets difficult or nasty, you can also order them out using the Sacred Name, but if you can help them without threat of force you should try.
they are attached physically to the place - not you. but you happen to be in the space now.
bottom line - incredible experience for both of you -- one that seems to mean as much to one as the other in the overall experience of life.
