Gain some knowledge on counting calories on your daily foor intake.

We need to have an average of 2200 calories to be healthy, to function properly but it only happens when we are at complete rest ,normal people is between 2000-2400 k/cal.

a meal like fried noodle is around 800k/cal, so 800

one fruit like banana is 110 k/cal

if you follow the calculation or any programmed u will lose weight.

Exercise like yoga, cycling, jogging, swimming... is a must too. Dtink more water.

Don’t skip breakfast, at least a cup of juice or non fat milk, if not then your metabolisma will getting slow for your body to function properly. I tell you!, a lot of problem later!! u will balloon up 2-3 times later and become really fat

there's NO EASY WAY to lose weight my friend...been battling with it for years...

now, i'm not being silly or anything but how much weight would you like to lose in the first place...1 kg or 2? and how long have you got?

you question isn't looking for a healthy answer so I'd level with you, FAST and DO EXERCISE!

Better yet, do colon irrigation...normally you'd lose up to 5 kgs just doing that...

EXERCISE. Build muscles. Muscles do two things.
First they permanently raise your metabolism which helps you lose weight.
Second they are 2.5 times as compact as fat. So even if you weigh the same, if you've replaced muscle with fat, you'll be much smaller and trimmer.
A 150 lb muscular woman will be smaller & have a better body than a 130 lb flabby woman.

Do some excercise for 45 minutes daily. Avoid all those high-calorie stuffs like deep-fried and non-veg dishes. Drink a lot of water. Eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables before you start your meal. This will reduce the quantity of the food taken by you.
