i am a 20 year old autistic man. i have mediated for years and discovered how to manipulate my Autism to such a fine degree that i can controll a untiold amount of my autonomic functions of my body.
is it wrong for me to seek to controll my sel to such a point as to gain the ability to stop my heart on command ???

Of course its not wrong! I have to admit, its a little stange but then again, who knows someone as talented as you! About 1% or less of the population!!!
The simple answer is NO
In fact, doing that is a good thing, though you shouldnt abuse it because you can cause yourself damage. Id keep practise to a mimimum if I were you!

I think that is an amazing accomplishment. You never know, being able to stop your heart could save your life. I'd just say be very, very careful. Maybe have people nearby if you're going to do it so if something goes wrong they can help. I can control my heartrate, but I've never even tried to stop it! Congratulations and be safe.

Your being autistic isn't what caused you to be able to control you heart rate. Anyone can be trained to control their heart rate, and it is often practiced for those who have stress-related health issues.
If you're worried what your god thinks, well, that's between you and him/her. Do you feel it's bad? Our own judgement of ourselves gives us guidance.
