some secrets are best kept secrets .. which by now u know that it might hurt ur partner so u havent told it.Hey if u havent told it till now it may not be worth telling afterall.
there is nobody in this world who hasnt kept a secret from his/her partner even though you may be madly in love with that person.

if i had a secret hiding from my partner i would tell him b/c i know its the right thing and sooner is better when u wait longer its not that good and if u really love that person then u would tell that person and if they love u back they will understand ur secrets

There may be some secrets which are kept secrets whole life and sometimes it's necessary too.

Everybody had their own secrets and I believe they have the right to keep it to themselves. Well, it actually depends sometimes it is better not to tell your partner if it affect your relationship. Utlimately, it is up to individual to decide
