relaxation, opens and cleans the pores. relieves muscle and joint pain. put your head under the water to soak your hair and cleanse facial pores. make sure the tub is clean and sterile. i know it's not for everybody, but i like to drink a beer and smoke a little weed. you could also play with the bubbles - just kidding.

Mm...it'll make your dead skin gone, if you combine it with some scrubbing.

The pore will be open after the bath, so you if you apply some lotion, it'll absorb it very well and it's good for your skin

The hot tub will relax your mind...especially with bath salt, candles and some slow music...awww...

I have heard that hot baths can help your body release toxins, but, how long you should do this before your body reabsorbs the toxins... I have no idea.

I don't think there are any specific health benefits, except that it helps you relax and de-stress and all that.

Also allows you to hog the bathroom and annoy your older/younger brother/sister, which is always a great mood-lifter.

relaxation melts away some aches and pains, clears your mind, and helps you to get to sleep easier after a long hard day of work.
