No, you don't need to have your blood levels checked while taking Seroquel. Unlike, such drugs as Lithium (or rather salts), Seroquel is metabolized rather quickly by one's system. So there is no worry in regard for a toxic build up in one's blood stream.

Are you trying to say Seroquel? If you are, then no I don't think getting your blood levels checked is necessary.
