Oh yes. I wanted revenge for something done to me, but I could do nothing about it because I was in a eiher this or that situation. I started getting really weak meaning I wouldbe tired alll the time but couldn't get any sleep. I went night awake and everything reminded me of it no matter where i went. It was horrible. I eventually found a solution but I will never forget that short period of time that felt like years of struggle and I was hurt for a long time. Because of two things, I couldn't stop it because it was in the past and I couldn't get revenge because it wouldn't have mattered and I would have lost something which I loved.

Yes it really can. There was a person at work, that just kept lying on me out of jealousy. She died of cancer within one year.
Just look at people around you with nothing nice to say, and they are always finding fault with other people. They have more wrinkles, more gray hair, and they look uglier than everyone else.

Sure but so what? Why be content with the pointlessness that comes with touchy-feely sweetness when you can be consumed with hormone-jacking burning rage? Dying is great. Learn to love the pain baby.

I would think so. Usually when I'm angry for too long or trying to get someone back, it really wears me out emotionally and physically.
