Unfortunately the US has very strict laws on this subject and they will not allow you in (i have a friend who got deported and he couldnt go to his dads funeral). Now some good news....When you go into the states all you have to provide is a birth certificate and drivers liscence so basically they have no way of knowing you were deported...although if you get caught you would be in big trouble. It might be worth it though to see your kids before you die.

A simple deportation bars a person from the US for ten years. If the deportation was for a cause such as a criminal conviction, it could be a permanent bar. In some cases there can be a waiver of ineligibility or inadmissability. You need to be more specific about your situation.

Those immigrations law suck so badly.
America doesn't belong to the Americans, it belongs to the humanity. Europeans built America, and now states kick anybody else out of the country... not nice, is it?
