We have known each other for 8months and sometimes we hang out together and I feel a connection between us but she seems like she is not interested to fall for me.

You can't. She falls in love you or she doesn't. Maybe she feels the same way, maybe not. Look, if you really want to know, ask her. Let her know that you really like hangin out with her and that you wanted to know if there might be a possibilty of the two of you going on a date one night. If she says,"yes",... GREAT! If she says,"no", then accept the answer graciously and continue being "friends". When all is said and done, you come out victorious either way.

it easy my man, be a man, give her some of the old charm you know, and you know what she likes, make the information you have about her work for you. Act interested on what she has to say, most of what you have to do is listern, women love talking, all to do is just guide her to say what you want her to say, wear the pants, she wont know that you are doing it intentionally so she'll love. Be the man and take control of the situation!!

Just be really nice to her. But don't bother her too much....make sure you hold the door for her, and look into her eyes with a nice expression often (but not too often). Offer to take her out after you establish a better connection. If she says no, forget it.

make the first move, and tell him/ her how you feel and see what happens. maybe he/she feels the same way about you. he/she probably thinks you are really sweet and kind, there's no telling what will happen. i made the first move to ask one of my best friends and we lasted 7 1/2 months. most of the time when best friends get together they last the longest. that's what happened to my parents.

because right now she is looking for a friend so just be yourself be there for her hang out any chance u can get and before she relizes it your gonna look different in her eyes just dont try and rush her

Loving someone in itself is usually hard to resist. However, if there is no chemistry there - then it might be an unrequited love. Best to you - and don't stop loving.
