No. Sex is not a sin when it is done within the context of marriage:
The husband should fulfill his marital duty to his wife, and likewise the wife to her husband. The wife's body does not belong to her alone but also to her husband. In the same way, the husband's body does not belong to him alone but also to his wife. Do not deprive each other except by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control. 1 Cor 7:2-7 NIV

Oh Lord save me from your followers.
Sex is fine with god fun sex, nasty sex, hot sweaty sex.. It's all good.
Within the confines of a marriage. A bad sex life is a way for the marriage to be weak, and then here comes Satan through the weakness. Catholicism they think birth control is sin because it can prevent the birth of the next savior, but since Jesus pretty much much does it for me. I don't follow this. Anyway, I promise sex in a marriage is a good thing

When a man died in early Biblical times, the expected practice was that the man's brother would have sex with his widow so that she could bear children that would carry on the family line. In this example, Onan violates this practice:
"Then Judah said to Onan, 'Lie with your brother's wife and fulfill your duty to her as a brother-in-law to produce offspring for your brother.' But Onan knew that the offspring would not be his; so whenever he lay with his brother's wife, he spilled his semen on the ground to keep from producing offspring for his brother. What he did was wicked in the LORD's sight; so he put him to death also." (Genesis 38:8-10)
I recognize that this passage doesn't quite meet the prerequisites you set out - to my knowledge, there is no passage in the Bible that explicitly states that sex must have procreation as its end or that contraception is evil. (Homosexuality, which is sex without procreation as its end, is discussed in several passages, including Leviticus 20:13).
That said, it has been consistently taught until quite recently that contraception is evil. The early Church fathers, as well as such Protestant figures as Luther, Calvin, and Wesley, all spoke with one voice against having sex without procreation as its end. That didn't change until 1930 when the first Protestant denomination (Anglicans) altered their views and permitted the use of contraception on a limited basis.
Interestingly, however, all Christian groups (to my knowledge, at least), do condone one kind of sexual relationship that cannot have sex as its end: sex between a married man and a married woman who has stopped menstruating (due to menopause).

Even in Catholicism, you don't have to have a kid for sex to not be sinful. It has to be for the purpose of procreation, which is why they don't believe in contraceptives: sex just for fun is a no-no. However, conception is a gift from God. You are not considered sinful because your attempt to procreate failed.
I'm not sure that it even is in the Bible. If someone said it, it was almost assuredly Paul.

no. in fact there is a bit in the bible which says that in a marriage people should not abstain from sex for a long time because it may create temption to stray from the marriage bed. not exactly those words of course. this is preceeded by a bit which says that if you both decide it's ok to not have sex for a bit espeically to pray then that's ok too.

I would like to give you a more specific info on this...but will need time to look it up for sure.
I know that the Lord wants us to enjoy one another's company when we are married in a heterosexual relatioinship, (as man and wife). Even on the Sabbath, which is listed as the Lord's day when we are to pray and give thanks to Him...
I know that Romans chapter 6 - 12 talk about such relationships. But are not specific to your question.

I know the answer, but not sure where it is in the Bible. It says that it is not good for a man to touch a woman, but he must that it is better to marry than to burn. Which tells me that God says "If you're gonna have sex, get married first." Because if you don't according to him, u know where you're going.

You are thinking of dogma promulgated by the Roman Catholic Church. It's not in the Bible.
