i want to write a letter to a girl and tell her "i love you" and i want to give it her by a gift.
what gift is proper in your view?

While this is cute and all it isn't the right time for this yet (unless you guys are already dating). I can guarantee you will get hurt if you just straight up write to a girl you don't know and tell her "I love you". Assuming that you guys arn't together and are at least friends, instead of telling her "I love you" say something less up front like "you're the coolest - let's hang out!". Treat her like your bratty younger sister. Hang out and have fun together, make her laugh, be decisive (but not controlling), don't buy your way to her heart (pay for everything and get her gifts all the time), and be overall interesting. Doing this will attract her to you and then one day you guys will probably end up dating and then you can write her that "I love you" letter. Good luck!

Firstly ~ and Foremost; you do not tell a girl you love me if you wish to make you intentions known to her.
I don't know where you might obtain Valentine's paper, but this just might be best.

Jewelery and flowers...Find out if she likes gold or silver for the jewelery, what kind of jewel and what not. As for the flowers just make sure she's not allerigic!

Send a Dozen Roses and a balloon(cause they're cool) and either on the card or have the balloon say it! that would be soo sweet!

so a lil research, find out what kinda flowers she likes, see what her fav. type of decor. or items, then think of a way to piece them together... for ex., my ex liked precious moments, but hated popcorn, so i bought her a big tin of popcorn which had precious moments all around it, i took all the popcorn out, put in a snowglobe of precious moments, and covered it, put a lil bit of popcorn in it to make it seem i have her that.

Well, how about a pendant or bracelet with a heart tell her it is a reminder of how you love her in you heart.
