I want to be an army doctor and preparing to get selected in the entrance test for it.I have only 10 to 9 months in my hand to prepare myself mentally and physically.I would have to study for atlest 14 to 15 hours a day. tell me a methord to increase my stamina so that without getting much tiered I increase my stamina for the same.PLEASE HELP!!!

exercise everyday or every other day and take lots of veggies and fruits.. and multivitamins as well :)

Sounds like an infomercial with Tony Little. You can't increase your stamina to those levels in just half hour a day. You need to work at it and build to the target time.

half an hour will only get you a warm up. if you want to increase stamina within 10 months time to army level...then you should go to a gym instructor for strength training. you will have to give atleast 1.5 hour every day to achieve what you want.

I think you may attend a group who does your to-be job as volunteers. You can increase your practice and stamine in this way. I think the best way is this.
