Trust your instinct. You know your man better than anyone. Is he acting different? Catching him in little white lies or he's annoyed when you ask him where he went and what all he did? Can't always account for the two hours he's late coming home from work? You don't have to be a private investigator, just be aware of what goes on around you. When things just don't make sense anymore, it's one of two things; He's cheating OR you are suffering some paranoid delusion. (no joke) Either way, good luck.

Check phone bill, credit card, bank account. To be sure, take a weekend off, tell him you need to get out of town, leave the house, then follow him.

When the sexual desire for you dwindles, or he changes something about himself. You know, different cologne, kisses differently, changes his attire. Anything like that. Usually a woman wants to put her "mark" on a man, so she will change something about him. Keep your eyes open.
