The gyms that I have belonged to had a minimum age of 6 weeks. Be very careful though. Find out about the care giver's hygiene practices, and make sure the other kids are not allowed to touch the baby. New babies are more susceptible to germs.

i don't know of any, but will pass along what i did. i contacted our local hospital about parenting classes and enrolled. this gave me the opportunity to meet other women who were expecting about the same time i was. we visited each other at the hospital when we had our child. we set up a schedule to attend the gym in groups. one group would gather a a chosen house( we traded each week) and one group would care for the newborns while the other went to the gym. two days later the other group would watch The newborns so the first group could go to the gym. our children are growing up together and becoming very good friends. we have become like extended family.

There are plenty. 24 hour fitness I know is one. But without having any idea where you live, no one can really say.

Best thing to do is grab a phone book, and start calling.
