Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?

well i think she does ask her a few questions see if she has a bf ask her in a nice way why she wants to know see what she says and the main thing is do u like her? If so then make a small move on her tell her something nice hope it helps good luck.

Yes. You can conclude you can safely ask her out and rely that you will not be spurned. What happens from there on depends on what happens on the date... and what your policies about interpesonal relations are, at work.

Well, it could go either way. When she asks you to do stuff, mayb she's using you. Depends on how she treats you otherwise. Ask her if she has a boyfriend and flirt a little. See if she's responsive. If she is, then you know she's into you. Otherwise, tell her to run her own errands.
