My definition would be a lot of french kissing and maybe some feeling up.

Depends on how old you are.
It starts with teasing little kisses, pecks really. Move on to a bit open mouth kisses, then you slip your tongue in to touch your partners, then back out...do that for a bit, then when you start to feel excited, you let your tongue stroke the other's, kinda hugging it. You kiss around the chin, neck, ears, throat, with & without your tongue making an appearance.
If you feel like your partner is comfortable, you may caress their body, upper only...avoid the breasts if it is a girl until later (or you are older) and only while she is clothed. You may end up kind of grinding up on each other if you are OLDER.
