Could be many things, my guess would be low blood sugar or anemia (especially since you are a vegetarian). When I first became a vegetarian (!5 years ago) I struggled with anemia until I learned how to balance my diet and get all of the proper nutrients. Remember, you can't really just eliminate foods, you really need to replace them with vegetarian foods with the same nutrients. Try an iron supplement and see if it helps, if not, see a doctor.

This sounds simplistic, but try drinking 8-10 cups of water (not soda, coffee, tea etc, just plain water) every day, staring from the moment you rise in the morning. That helped me so much. It takes so getting used to - drinking plain water.
Good luck.
Also, you should see a doctor. It may be diabetes type 2.

OH MY GOD. I have those.
I have never heard of anyone else to have those. and my mom always thought i was exagerating when i told her about them.
I started an Iron supplement (which i suggest) and I never had them again, unless i didnt taking the pills for a long time.
It may be a shortage of iron in your blood. Nothing serious. chill out people.

No, being vegetarian doesn't have anything to do with it. You just have to eat more balanced food. You're obviuosly not getting the right proportions of all the vits and minerals that you have to get. Consult a dietitian and discuss you diet.

I would try to get in with your doctor. Simple explanations would be anemia, especially if you're a vegetarian and tend to not get enough iron. Also, hormone shifts.

Go to hospital immediately--could be signs of a stroke, especially if you have temporary blindness when this happens.
