..... programs, rewards and punishments as maybe required? … I mean, do people who barely make it to Heaven by the skin of their teeth get the same wonderful treatment as say Mother Teresa’s of this world? How about those who have truly committed evil deeds vs. those who didn't quite make it to Heaven - do they all get the same nasty treatment in Hell? Or are there degrees of niceties and punishments and hence separate class-societies in Heaven and Hell?

P.S. I am merely asking a question – not trying to argue against anyone’s faith or lack thereof, as maybe the case.

The Bible does describe people who make it into heaven but their "works" are as gold, brass and silver while some others make it in, and theirs are as wood hay and stubble... so when everyone's works are tried by fire... the ones made of the precious metals endured, but the ones made of combustible material are burnt up.

Essentially, there are those who barely make it in and so their only reward is... well.. that they made it in... luckily... that's enough....

There is no reference to "levels of hell" that I can find in the Bible, however Dante's "Inferno" does describe several levels of hell, where the punishments are dealt out in proportion to the sins that soul committed on earth.

Personally, I think that interpretation would tend to get a little complex to try to apply because we commit so many different sins... you'd almost have to have a punishment itinerary to make sure that you got them all taken care of at the appropriate levels... but let's be honest.... isn't ANY amount of torment too much??? (btw, I'm not speaking to the masochists in the group)

there is none. Christians have twisted Jesus and Paul's message into the afterlife. relatively, neither of those 2 cared. Jesus stated the present. Paul stated the present. In different words, your faith could manage the way you're showing Christ to the worldwide now, no longer the place you finally end up once you die. And showing Christ to the worldwide is thru sacrificial love, no longer judgment and condemnation. the perfect holiday spot is unquestionably the recent heaven and new earth in accordance to Revelation. it relatively is the transformation of what's into what would be. Heaven is in straightforward terms a waiting place until eventually our bodies are resurrected. That even nonetheless, should not be our concentration.

You want some water to put the fire out!
What I am getting from what you have answered is that you want to know if its as rosey in Heaven as you think it might be in Hell.

Well coming from a God fearing person then I would say it doesn't matter what you wear in heaven or hell its what you have done or not done to get you there.....Truly at peace with what you know to be right and wrong.....Use the back door to let yourself out!

Dante Alighieri (in the Devine Comedy) thought there should be levels and depths of despair & punishment in hell. There is some debate among theologins about the Christian Bible's unclear statements about levels of heaven.

Basicly it does not matter what you want, or what you wish will be true. What will happen is what you believe to be true.

We will all no doubt all find out for ourselves one day. Until then I think it is wise to er on the side of caution and practice kindness to all living creatures, do not eat anything that would run away from you if it could to avoid your carving knife, and seek enlightenment as to why you exist in the first place.

We are all God's children and IF we get to heaven, I feel that we'll all be treated with love and kindness. I'm sure that if you're headed in the opposite direction, there's plenty of evil to be dished out to everyone.

This is our hell. The afterlife is wonderful for all. So I'd say there are different levels in hell.
