Your stretch marks will gradually become much less noticeable but will never go away as they are similar to scars. However, you can see a dermatologist to discuss treatment. Here are a few options:

1. tretinoin cream (commonly known by the trade name Retin-A)
2. laser therapy

Your health insurance plan will not cover "cosmetic" procedures so you'll probably want to find out what this will cost.

Vitamin E is believed to improve stretch marks. Or, add a couple of vitamin E capsules to your body massage oil.

Stretch Mark Massage Oil Recipe:

½ cup olive oil
¼ cup aloe vera gel
4 capsules of Vitamin E (use just the liquid)
2 capsules of Vitamin A (use just the liquid)

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and then store in a jar or airtight container in the fridge.

Cocoa butter is a very popular cream used to help treat stretch marks, it probably isn’t that effective at penetrating into the dermis, the middle layer of the skin, but like many other moisturizing creams it can be good for keeping the skin soft and subtle. However, some women do find they’re allergic to cocoa butter.

Vitamin E can help to lessen them, yes. Removing them, I'm not so sure. I have found that cocoa and shea buter does the best job, when used together. Also, if it is a route you want to take, tanning beds help to reduce the look of them, but don't necesarily remove them.
