Personally yes I do. I don't think they are little green men probing poor ppl from the south, but I do think there is something out there.
Don't you think it is pretty selfish, and coneceited of us to think we are the best there is out there? And personally, I don't think if God created the earth, he would have stopped there. Nowhere does it say if he did or didn't. Just that he created the HEAVENs and the EARTH. That leaves the possibility for alot in the middle.
I mean heck, he put the knee's on flamingos backwards. Do you really think he would stop there?

Like an earlier answer said, I think it would be ignorant of us to say its impossible when there is more space out there than your mind can comprehend. Plus who says if there is life billions of light years away they have to run on the same biological methods we do. Maybe there is a planet where plants or bacteria learned to harvest energy from some other element than us. Just because it's how we run our bodies doesn't mean it's the only way. And no I'm a buddhist, I haven't read the Bible.

define alien...if the story of God and His angels coming to earth is true and they are spiritual beings from another unseen dimension...would you consider them aliens? as far as life on other planets goes i seriously doubt it but who knows...your only thinking in this physical dimension and i believe the current creation is just all about mankind...they havent even discovered water anywhere else but on earth....let me put it like this...i think theres alot of things we dont even understand about the physical universe we live in and even less is known about the spiritual ...all we have are glimpses in the bible and some descriptions of things by men thousands of years ago that saw visions of some kind of technology they couldnt possibly have had any grasp of or way to describe....so i believe yes, there are other beings and no theyre not little green men from the moon on the far side of Alpha Centauri...theres alot we dont grasp and alot of the classical picture relationships we associate with bible stories are most likely way off the mark...

There are many galaxies and solar systems so how can there NOT be any. There just needs to be another planet about the same distance from their star and a bit of H2O. Et voila! New friends for us earthlings.
