The secret tip for me is to know everything good about me and those that are bad. In moments when i feel low, i just reflect on those good things and it always keeps me with a high self esteem. Another thing is to try out things that people o i feel that i cant do!! In most cases i find that i can do them and this boosts my self esteem.
