I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

First off...Coca Cola Zero is incredible..I can't tell the difference between it and the real thing... She has to try it... As far as the Rum goes, try Pussers (British) and/or even a stronger rum like Bacardi 151. She can get the rum taste with less of it mixed with ccz and its like the same glucose (diabetic) factor with 4 as 1 with regular coke and rum....For food look for whole grain foods. (Like pastas, breads, brown rice etc.) . You need to always cook them a little bit under done....aldente as they say because it metabolizes slower causing less sugar to be released into the system.. Another great diabetic tip is to always eat carbs with proteins (meats) and fats (cheeses etc) and veggies together. The combo slows down her metabolism and blood sugar.. Always have her drink a glass of water with lemon/lime in it. The citric acid will keep the foods she eats from metabolizing too quickly. And the best tip for her is to have her take a good walk either right before or after a meal (both is even better). That can knock blood sugar digestion by upwards of 20%...Good luck and I hope your mom will be cool with your suggestions...it's cool of you to be taking care of her like this.....

if you are making the cookies sneak splenda in , she wont know the diff, raw veggies and salads with a low carb dressing, what is a diabetic doing drinking booze??????? im diabetic too, believe me i dont drink booze or real coke, i drink diet coke now i can instantly tell if someone gave me real coke, and it doesnt taste good to me . your mother must resign herself to changing her habits or dying, she will go blind, lose her kidney function and her feet will get numb. ive seen enough people die that way that i toe the line as much as i can, lean fish, lean chicken , lean beef, low fat cheese, if she must have pastas it needs to be whole grain so more of it will pass through her system faster. she needs to avoid breads, cakes, cookies and potatoes. IM sorry she doesnt like artificial, but she got her self in this fix by eating, just like i did, now we have to pay the piper. also she should eat about 5 small meals, not 3 large ones.your body can manage the sugar better if its in small doses over hours.

Ginger Pear Cake From Food Network Kitchens
Recipe Summary
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Inactive Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 50 minutes
Yield: 12 servings
User Rating:
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 ripe Bosc pears, peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch chunks
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup dark molasses
2 large eggs
1/4 cup water
Confectioners' sugar, for dusting, optional
Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 325 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9 by 13 by 2-inch baking dish with vegetable cooking spray. Line the pan with parchment or waxed paper.
Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pears and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 7 minutes. Stir in 1 tablespoon of the brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of the pumpkin pie spice and remove pan from the heat.
Whisk the flour, ginger, the remaining 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
In another bowl, whisk the milk, molasses, and remaining brown sugar. Add the eggs and whisk until smooth. Use a spatula to stir the molasses mixture into the dry ingredients to make a thick liquid batter.
Heat the water and remaining 2 tablespoons butter in a small saucepan until just boiling. Whisk the hot water into to the batter until just combined. Stir in the pears. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in the center of the oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
Cool cake in the pan on a rack. Cut into 12 squares. Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving, if desired.
