I dress up and take the neighborhood kids trick or treating. Then after all of that is done, I perform a Shamhain ritual.

I trick myself into eating way too many treats and then i throw up all over the house, and then i slap myself and tell myself to get over it cos I'm an aussie and we don't even do halloween over here.

I'll be probably taking a night class this Halloween. So, that is what I'll be doing. yay! I do not really celebrate it anyohw, so I do not care whatsoever.

Last year I rented old horror films..
This year I want to go to Edgar Allan Poes' grave in Baltimore. Or attend a reading of The Raven.

Party!!!
I make masks, traditional masks, theater masks, even historical masks. I line my entryway with them and have a huge Costume party with black lights, music, tarot readings and some "traditional" pagan rituals.
It's a lot of fun for everyone, and it's totally kid friendly...

Take my son trick or treating and celebrate my husband's birthday. Used to also celebrate my dad's birthday, but now we'll light a candle in his honor. :-)
