the Sadducee's died out about 100 years after Jesus. A break of of them called Karites were strong during the middle ages but then slowly died a few hundred years ago only to be resurrected in modern times by a few dozen people (they now number about 5,000 in the United States)

the Pharisees evolved into the Talmudic rabbis or what is called by Scholars as Rabbinic Judaism or what is not classified today as Orthodox Judaism, and yes I can personally testify that is very much alive today and growing.
