As I am now a Saint ( the patron Saint of Halal and Kosher Butchers) do you think I should stick a halo on my picture, and if so would I get more respect from yon Christians when they realise I am so holy?

That would be cool. A holy pig. Yes, add a halo. Maybe you could try adding an apple in the snout, perhaps the biblical forbidden fruit. That would reinforce your religious references to your avatar.----------------------------
Also the eye on the left side (the pig's right eye) seem a little too small. I'd do a little digital tweaking there.

haha Well halos means angels not saints right? Maybe just add a bright light, and change the bigs color. Cause everybody changes Jesus's color. Why do they always make him caucasion? Did he have some super sun block that we don't know about?

Add a few black patches here and there and you'd look just like my pig, Baccon.
Actually you'd be lucky if the Christians didn't roast you for wearing a halo that they didn't assign to you. I'm sorry, I forgot that they don't do that anymore.

How about adding a decorative pearl nose ring instead? :o)
Then maybe you could make a humorous comment concerning this passage from the Bible.
Matthew 7:6 "Do not give dogs what is holy, and do not throw your pearls before pigs, lest they trample them underfoot and turn to attack you.

no cause pigs are not known for being holy and only a few chosen ppl are and when I see a pig with a halo makes me think of the phrase "when pigs fly"

spiritually the pig symbolizes the raging power of the wind, so that way no, but this avatar is not going to impress your GF or other people. it really depends on your taste
