If your looking for rechargeable batteries try Radio Shack. They can even special order hard to find batteries. Another source, if this store is in your area is Batteries Plus. They have a huge array of batteries to choose from in stock, plus they can special order them.
If your looking for 'button tops' for a specific device, I would suggest looking in your original owners manual for a customer service address or telephone number for that specific manufacturer, and order a replacement from them. I seriously doubt that you'll be able to get them through any other source.
If you don't have the original manual anymore, then I suggest contacting the store that you got it from and see if they'll let you look at another users manual from a box that's on the shelf (if it's the same one or type in stock) for the manufacturers customer service information.
Another option, If you know the manufacturer, is to go to their website and see if there is a customer service number or e-mail address, and see if you can order your replacement button that way.
