If it's been a year, they're leading you on. I don't know how much commitment you're looking for, but if they really want a relationship, you should know within a few months.

Being committed is one thing where both agree to what one wants in a relationship. It could be years of trail and error to find that special someone but in tell you do keep your head up and your eyes open.

A person who wants to spend time with you will not keep mentioning things they dont like about you. In fact they shouldn't mention them at all if they are the typical minor quirks that we all have. If Mister Perfect brings up something again say think of something you dont like about him and say, "well you do (such and such) and I dont like that but I dont throw it up in your face do I?" Normal people in normal relationships shrug off the small stuff

I can't say I really understand your question sorry.

If someone is teasing you chances are they like you, and are hinting at that fact. And no offense, but it doesn't matter who your with or for how long, you'll ALWAYS have something about that special someone that you don't like. Take the good with the bad.

to me it seems like they're not ready for a relationship but they just want to keep dragging you along by their side. Cut the rope and let them go. your to good for that.

tell them you are ready to take the next step. i mean if your looking for somethin serious and they're not it is gonna be ur fault for not making it clear what u want from them.
