Please help!! I eat extremely poorly and i think it"s starting to affect my body very badly> my hair is in bad condition and i notice it"s getting thinner and i"m losing it> please i need a diet that will help me out and how long until i see my problem resovled>

Stop treating yourself so poorly. Hair is discarded proteins from the body. Ergo if the body doesn't have 'extra' the hair is the first to suffer. you need a good balanced diet a good multi vitamin, and a Little more nads to understand eating poorly has a price.

This has to change, first and foremost.

You need to eat a BALANCED diet. There is no "quick fix" so don't think that you can eat one thing and miraculously everything will be better. It will take at least six weeks before you even might notice a change.
That said, things that will help you... Fresh foods, with minimal preparation- grill or bake. Stay away from anything oily, fried... Salt isn't really so great. Fish is good, some chicken, the occasional steak. You do want protein, but not too much. Carrots and olives are especially good. The carrots provide keratin, a fibrous structural protein that your body uses to make hair. If you eat too many, your skin will turn yellow, so remember - all things in moderation. Olives provide a monounsaturated fat that is good not only for your hair and skin, but also helps lubricate your neurotransmitters, effectively helping your brain function, and possibly helping you to make good dietary decisions.

If your hair is long right now, you might want to consider cutting it shorter. It might not be able to support the weight of itself, just hanging from your head, and if you pull it back tight into a band that could accelerate the loss. If you have it trimmed to lighten it up, that might help as it grows back in.

Tons of vegetables, fruit, and plenty of foods with protein and lots of vitamins in them will help. Stay away from sugary or greasy foods...they're bad for our skin, and our hair! I swear by herbal essences products to heal my hair when I hurt it like that! Hope this helps.
