Chips and mayo, I hate that my fellow Americans smother them in ketchup. Chips and green chilli is also good. They have a thing where I live called the slopper. It's a burger and chips coated with chilli. It's so bad for you, but tastes so good.

I would pile cheese, gravy, and mayo on top of mine. Maybe even add a little chili, and some green onions...mmmmm

I use Heart of the Sun but Tabasco will work Probably use a decent Mayo (Hellmans) OR make their own properly.
